A review with very useful information!
First let me state that I am specifically writing a review about the Mophorn MIG Welder 200 Amp MIG TIG Arc Welder. As one reads these reviews, it becomes clear that several different models are all dumped into the same review pile. That’s probably okay, as these models only differ by power rating, but I am specifically talking about the 200 amp model. This review only addresses the MIG capabilities of this welder. This is a super cheap Chinese built welder. It cost 325 bucks when I bought it less than a month ago, though I see the price has gone up by a few dollars since then. This is insanely cheap for a 220 V, 200 amp MIG welder. Even the lowest end American companies selling MIG welders with a bit less power (all of which are also made in China) would cost a person at least $200 more, and the big boys would certainly cost three times as much or much more. Having said that, when one buys such merchandise that doesn’t have established customer support and an established reputation for standing behind their products, one needs to be wary. If you choose to take a chance on such a machine, I would recommend that you use the welder extensively during the 30 day return period offered by Amazon. If the welder doesn’t break during that period, it is unlikely that it will in the near future. Don’t count on the company to make you whole if it breaks at any time. With that in mind, I cracked open the box and started using the welder immediately under conditions more arduous than a hobby welder like myself would ever encounter in real life. I loaded in a 5 kg spool of .030 wire, broke out a 5” x 5” three-quarter inch thick coupon of mild steel, hooked up a big bottle of C 25 set at 20 CFH, and went to town. I cranked the welder to near maximum (~4 o’clock on the volt knob), hoping to see some mild undercut as a penetration test. No problem at all! Lovely beads using my basic, often practiced, “cursive e” weave. After adjusting my travel speed, I proceeded to run two thirds of a pound of weld beads onto the coupon continuously, back-and-forth, without pause, wondering when I was going to slam up against the duty cycle. I am not a professional welder, so I am not used to lighting wire like this. I feel as if it took me 15 minutes of continuous welding to lay down that much wire (I weighed the coupon before and after), but the machine never sputtered, never shut down. The torch hose was pretty hot by the time I was done, but no problems at all. Since then, I have fired up the machine every night to make sure that it would start, and it always has. The wire feeds flawlessly, and the arcs are reliable and predictable.I was concerned about consumables before I bought this welder. My Eastwood MIG 135 uses Tweco Mini consumables, available at every store that sells welding products in the United States, and I have a small backlog of these consumables. This welder uses a torch that uses a smoothbore press-on nozzle, as opposed to the threaded nozzle on the Tweco Mini hardware. If you have a drill press and drill press vice, a .47 inch (12mm) drill bit (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082D9FLX6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) will perfectly bore out one of these threaded nozzles and allow it to be used with this welder’s torch. I know that most people would not want to bother with this kind of hack, but if you are using a welder for home projects, I assume that this is in reach for many folks who would buy such a welder. I was also delighted to find out that the Tweco contact tips that I have fit this welding torch perfectly.UPDATE-8/10/2020-For $12, I got all the custom fit consumables for the torch that a hobby welder like myself is likely to use for several years. “MB15 15AK Contact Tip 0.8mm M6 & Tips Holder Difuser & Shield Cup For MB15 15AK MIG Welding Torch 18pk” https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PH4P2XX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. These fit perfectly, and the nozzle orifice diameter of just under ½” (as comes w/the welder from the factory) is a great, general purpose, size. I bored out one of my old 3/8” Tweco nozzles for sheet metal welding to save a bit of gas, but that’s just me.One last thought if you are not a professional welder who welds all of the time: setting the voltage and wire speed on the welder is a critical part of getting any job done correctly. Typically, entry-level welders include a chart that indicates setting values for wire speed and voltage according to work piece metal thickness and gas or gasless welding situations. This welder does not include such a chart. I was delighted to discover that, on this machine, matching the clock positions on the knobs for wire speed and voltage produces a perfect starting point for these settings as long as the solid wire diameter is .030 (with C 25, anyway). I will never use anything but .030 diameter solid wire with this machine along with a CO2/argon mix.

IMHO the best dual voltage, gas/gasless, Mig, Stick, Tig China welder here at this price point.
This was my 4th try at getting a dual voltage, gas/ gasless welder here on Amazon. I want to stress, 4th try among 4 different vendors, and 4 different model machines. To try to be brief, I gave up on anything that promised aluminum capability or a spool gun, just crossed that off, way too problematic. Also threw in the towel on "synergetic" one knob control and programming, opting instead for tried and true individual voltage and current controls. I also wanted stick capability, and was more than happy to be able to consider DC TIG as well. This machine was the only one I found fitting the parameters. It performed well in all modes, at both voltages, in fact I could not observe and difference between 110V and 220 volt operation.I ran 3/32" 7018, and 6013, DCSP and DCRP, no problem, .030 solid wire with standard mix gas, and .030 flux core, and had more than acceptable performance and results. The TIG is actual lift style, where the current is very low until you get close enough to just touch the material, still a PITA, compared to HF start, but it worked as well as did my Austrian made Miller Maxstar 150 that I started out with years ago.The "euro" style mig torch is nice in that if you are storing the machine, or using stick or TIG, you can easily remove the torch; it is a standard "Binzel" style, so consumables are not a worry. Although not clearly shown in the ad, the welder also comes with a WP-17V TIG torch which is industry standard as to configuration, parts and consumables. I was never a fan of gas valve torches, but again, it will do here. You will need a trip to local weld supply to snag fittings to connect the torch gas hose to your gas flowmeter or regulator.10# and 2# spools fit and ran ok, the feed worked fine. I would like to see all 3 types of feed rollers provided though, as well as one offering .023" solid capability. I am hopeful that they can be found, as this feed unit is used in many of this size China made welders..The machine is sturdy, and the case basic, which is not so sexy, but good in that there are not many custom plastic parts, and other than the screw holes, what trim there is, can be removed, and the machine still be properly enclosed, good if it gets banged up down the road. The rapid feed button is nice for getting wire out to the tip. I found the burnback control not to do much, "reduce the ball at end of wire". Dunno! This is a very decent unit, especially for the price, and it is very versatile. I wanted to get as much capability as I could in a easily portable dual voltage package to use for site maintenance, and quick jobs where I want gasless and don't want to drag out the gas bottle of 220V cord. To be able to do TIG DC is a plus, as mentioned. The manual is typically minimal, with not even a mention of the TIG connection scheme, simply, DC TIG gets the tungsten electrode sharpened to a point, torch connected to negative terminal, and ground to positive terminal, the gas connection on the welder is not used; the gas line of the torch runs directly to your flowmeter, and you turn the gas on and off at the torch handle. You must use straight Argon gas for this process.I am glad to finally have taken delivery of a machine that I can keep! I am definitely thankful for the relatively hassle free Amazon return policy, this would have been a nightmare otherwise.Keep in mind this manufacturer offers higher amperage models but they are all 220V only! I ordered one by mistake, so look closely before you click!Remember you will need a gas flowmeter/ regulator to utilize all the processesIf this holds up over time, all will be well!

Good machine, powerfull enough for any non industrial work
I used it on 1 inch metal and it worked great, I wish the cables would be a bit longer but that is the only complaint i have.

Great multi-process welder
I was able to test the stick welding and mig welding and they both worked great!! Very nice little machine, once i get gas for tig welding i will try that out!;) definitely recommend this welder!!

Excellente performance pour le prix.
Excellent mig.
