Naturalizer Women's Stargaze Dress Pump

They are very neat pretty shoes and I like the heel height. But they were supposed to be wide. They were not wide enough. Very tight. I know if I tried to wear for any length of time, other than trying them on as I did, they would kill my feet. There was no size on the shoe OR on the box. I have no idea how they keep the sizes straight like that. Maybe my shoe wasn't a wide. No way to tell.

These shoes are very nice looking and feel comfortable, good for work. However, the sizing on these shoes is very frustrating. I originally ordered a 7.5 which is my usual shoe size. When they arrived they were so big they were falling off my feet, and one shoe felt larger than the other. I exchanged them for a 7 which was way too small. My last ditch effort was to order a 7.5 narrow. They're still a little snug, still haven't decided if I'll return them or not.

I purchased the Naturalizer Women's Stargaze Dress Pump in Black, size 8.5 Medium width in June of 2015. They are comfortable and well-made. They are appropriate to use as office work apparel. In other words, professional and pretty as well as comfortable. I can only speak for the size 8.5 medium width in black, however. I read reviews from others who regretted their purchase. I could not determine what color and size they reviewed. In some cases that makes a difference.

Ordered the wide C/D size 9.5, but I could hardly even get a toe in - they were so narrow. My size varies between 9 & 9.5 depending on the brand. I have wide feet and finding a wide dress shoe that is attractive isn't easy. I thought for sure these would fit, especially with good reviews and the ruched sides. Nope! Also couldn't find a size on the shoes to verify the correct size had been shipped. Returned.

After returning a size 7 1/2 that was much to large but was in a Naturalized box with original packing and shoe size on box, I reordered a size 7 that when they arrived were much more that a half size smaller. No way to tell size. There was no size in shoes, No packing, was in a plain generic brown box with no size on it. I can get my foot in the shoe but it is extremely tight.Very, very disappointed!!!! Love the shoes otherwise, they look very nice and are well made.

Toes went to the end. They were not what I expected. I can't explain how, but they looked like they pointed outward when they were on.Just terribly disappointed in the shoes, as I really needed some shoes.

I ordered my normal size but these felt loose. The elastic looking band around the top did not stretch for me, possibly because they were a bit too large. The result was a messy, wrinkly looking shoe. The toe is too rounded for my taste and not as dressy as I'd hoped. The heel was the right height and width for me. Just wish the rest of the shoe worked out too.

I am so disappointed in this shoe. They are really comfortable but the front of the toe box started peeling and after a couple of weeks they look so bad I’m embarrassed to wear them! A lot of money wasted on these!
