can see why ppl prefer buckwheat hulls
i really like it. i like the off-white color, and i like having something in my house to remind me to meditate!i have since sat on a friend's zafu which was stuffed with buckwheat hulls and realized this is IDEAL. his has a handle for carrying and a zipper to add/remove/WASH as needed. i dont understand why this isnt the standard for all of these.also, pay mind to the fact that this main photo makes this look far larger than it is.

Finding your seat? Great set for daily practice.
Firm, supportive cushion and mat. Didn't think I would like the quilted design, but it actually is quite comfortable! Cushion is nice height for kneeling seated posture.

Great look, great value I think
It is the same size as any other set I have at my meditation center. We bought four. They are a cotton blend, and have a kind of denim feel. Not with traditional pleats as you would find in thick cotton ones. The zafu is great, will not change shape like some do. I like them, we will try them out in class and maybe order some more.

Good buy
Smaller than it looks but it does the job. The pillow is a bit firm at the beginning but the whole thing has made my meditations comfortable

Good value
Excellent buy. The mat is very comfortable as the zafu cushion is more solid than most. One criticism: the zafu needs a strap holder sewn onto it. My other zafu has this as part of its design, and it works very well.

A lovely and functional set. Well made, with lots of padding, and the linen material is soft and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous size of the mat. A lovely set that I'll no doubt use for years.
