Excellent sawhorse legs
I bought two pairs of these several years ago, and have liked them so much that I recently bought another two pairs. They're very sturdy, easy to fold for carrying in the car, and the rubber leg tips make them rock-solid on the floor. The worker who came to replace my garage door recently saw them, immediately started asking me about them, and asked to use them while he was working on the door. He loved them, and of course I printed out the Amazon product page for him!

Functional, Quick set of Sawhorses.
Needed these for a couple of projects. Easy to put together, some leeway for using two boards to join the legs. I made mine with one board. Solid, heavy duty, with secure latching mechanism to fold the logs unto themselves for easy storage. Solid, thick endcaps on the legs. The poles themselves are dark blue. Left them that way.. Comes with all that is needed to assemble except the board and the screwdriver.

Nice Folding Legs
I have had two sets of these folding legs for several years, using them for sawhorses. They are rock solid; simply the best folding legs I have ever used. Thus, I purchased an additional set recently to use on a home-made shooter's bench. Thankfully, the quality is still there. I highly recommend these legs for any utility table/sawhorse project. The only issue I have is that I don't have enough strength in my hands to release the latch when folding the legs, so I simply use my foot to do the job. But the tightness of the release latch probably contributes to the overall sturdiness of the legs. Another plus is these legs are offered in two lengths. I opted for the shorter 28-inch length for my shooter's bench because it is used while sitting.

Good sturdy legs for shooting benches
Good sturdy legs for shooting benches, but all 3 sets that I ordered had the paint peeling off the brackets right when they came out of the box. Too much hassle to return them, and if I got 3 sets with bad paint then what are the odds of the next 3 having good paint? Not very good.In the end I'm disappointed with the product because of extremely poor paint which is going to lead to rusted brackets in the future.

Odd pattern when folded
The saw horses work well but take up too much space when folded. Strong and stable. Remember they do not include the wood!

Great for picnic table legs!
We decided to make an extra long picnic table for the yard and decided we would use saw horses for the legs-- these worked great and they allow us to fold up the table and store it when we aren't using the table. However, I did not read the description carefully and did not realize that the cross piece of wood wasn't included-- which turned out to be good for us but if you really just want a saw horse you will need to make a trip to the lumber yard.

To get them folded they recommend pushing on the release plate with the palm of ...
It about 15 min. to mount these to a 2x4x40. Legs are very strong & lock up with a loud snapping sound. To get them folded they recommend pushing on the release plate with the palm of your hand, they do not advise using a tool to assist. I found it very difficult to push the release plate as it is very stiff. My work around is to lay the horse on its back and use my foot to press the release plate while pulling the legs down. This made it very easy to fold the horses up. (should be an option in the instructions) The horses are very strong and stable, they are well made. There are round metal disks placed in the rubber feet to prevent the legs from chewing through them, some one is thinking at Rugged Buddy. Best folding horse I have ever owned.

... some modifications to it and made it into an excellent portable shooting bench
again works well made some modifications to it and made it into an excellent portable shooting bench. I am 5 fit 6 inches tall and had to cut about 2 inches off legs to fit me well. I use it a lot for varmint hunting.
