If you're looking for a great toaster stop looking....this it! I've had several toasters over the years and all of them had erratic temp controls and took forever to do the job. This one is awesome, precise temp control and quick results. As far as durability goes, to soon to tell although it appears to be well made. Like I said, I've had brand name toasters and they don't hold a candle to this one.

The only real problem I have with the toaster is that is always looks dirty. I use stainless steel cleaner and it still streaky. It roasts everything great and I do love the design. It’s very pretty of only it was better quality stainless steel.

Decent product, feels a bit cheap on the construction side. Works well, not sure if the price meets the value.

Piece of junk!! Got rid of 40 yr old two slice toaster only to have this one fail in less than a year. Nothing works and it burns the toast. So disappointed. Things aren't made like they used to make them! Would love to have my money back but don't see a way of making that happen!!!

great toaster. It toasts much faster than our last four slicer. Easy to use and is very shiny. It looks great in the kitchen.

This has to be the best toaster we have ever had. It toasts perfectly and the settings actually work well. We have always had trouble with toasters in the past and never thought we would find one this good. We recommend it highly.

Was really pleased with this toaster for the first few times we used it. Consistently toasted toast to the toasted level indicated on the product literature. It also looks nice when left on the counter.Problem with it is that the right side quit working within weeks of the purchase. Left half is still going, so not a total bust. Just takes a while to make several pieces of toast.
