Franco Sarto Women's Romance Boot

I hardly ever buy boots online for three reasons1) I have four kids and no real money for boots2) I don't like all that platform crap that is going on these days3) I have really narrow calves and I get sick of sending back boots that are supposed to be snug but instead make me look like a fisherman wearing galoshes.These boots are cute, with a little detailing, an affordable price, and they FIT my narrow calves. Do I wish they were leather? Sure. But then the affordable thing would be nixed. So I deal. I'm very happy with what I got for my money.

I have problems finding boots that fit my calves nicely. I had another pair of Franco Sarto boots that I bought about 6 years ago and were perfect. Wish I could find that same style again, but these were similar. The toe box is a bit wider which helps my bunions, but the sizing is a tad on the large side. Heel height is nice for dresses and skirts. The synthetic material feels nothing like leather but the advantage with the synthetic is that it has a bit of stretch in it (helps with the fit on the calves).

I was searching and searching for a boot that would not leave a gap between my leg and the boot. I have found this to be challenging, apparently my calves are a little smaller than the average and most leather boots leave wide gaps. I tried around 10 different boots this season, trying to find the perfect boot and this was it.The boot fits perfectly to my calf, no gaps, and is a simple, classic boot, with a nice heel height that makes it great for dressing up or down.

I was looking for a boot to wear specifically with skirts/dresses so the tighter fit around the calf noted in some reviews encouraged me to give these a try. They look great, fit great. My first wear was a full day and work and they were very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I love these boots (I have them on today!)! Perfect fit, especially for those who have difficulty finding boots to fit the calf area. I bought every color. I wish I had purchased backup pairs. Highly recommend.

I bought these for my wife and she loves them. The first time she wore them she was on her feet for nine hours and had no pain.

Fit good, but looks a little cheap for the price. I had Franco Sarto before and love them, so I was a little disappointed with these. I decided to keep them just because I was in need of a pair, but I'm still looking for something better.
