I use the tape for my blister prone feet, and also for taping any injuries. When applied correctly (using YouTube tutorials) it offers good support, but a lot more comfortable than wearing a support bandage. I find it stays stuck really well. I'm currently wearing tape that has remained in place during a post run soak in the bath, as well as a shower! The tape on the soles of my feet tends not to stay stuck during a bath / shower, so needs reapplying more frequently. It's the only tape that I've ever bought, so I can't compare to others, but I'm very happy with it. As such, I have just placed an order for a second roll.

I have used sports tape before and it’s either too sticky or not enough but this tape is the perfect balance, even running a 5k in 27 degree heat and it didn’t budge! I use it for knee support and occasional back pain, it’s better than a compression band as my knees tend to swell during exercise so I need the support that allows a bit of stretching and this tape does the jobThe range of colours is also amazing i love how vibrant the purple one is and it doesn’t lose its colour when it’s stretched out!The amount you get for the price is wonderful, I’ve used it loads and only just got half way through the roll

Great product for money. Super stretchy and sticky and stayed in place during a 100k race and for over 24 hrs in very wry and warm conditions. I use this tape as protection against blisters on feet and chafing or rubbing

I was a little sceptical about using the tape . I had it applied last night and had my 1st pain free nights sleep in 2 months. Ive been pain free all day aswell. Ive removed it this evening to let my body rest but ao far so good..Im very impressed

My wife is 82 and has pain in both her neck and shoulders, I’ve used this tape to help alleviate thisHowever once cut it’s difficult to remove the backing paper to allow the positions of the tape needed.I purchased a spray to help remove the tape this is definitely a benefit!

I was recommended by physio to buy some sport tape following a crushed tendon and over 9 months of waiting for an operation led to 18 months of intensive physio. This tape really does the job.It is stretchy and very sticky, it stays stuck after a shower or bath and it really does help with the pain relief, I feel a good strong support on my arm each time I use it. As a librarian my arm and wrist are in constant use so this tape is something I use each week day and I give my arm a rest at the weekends.I would most certainly recommend it for anyone who needs strong reliable support. Comes on a roll so you can cut exactly the amount needed, can be used on various joints, comes with an excellent guide sheet too.Plus it comes in a variety of colours - what fun!

Like the product unsticks really easily but overall good for the price
