Excellent for older women
This is a very reliable brand and the herb is so helpful to menopausal women. There’s been a shortage for some reason, but I can’t wait until they’re back in stock.

It is saving me from ALL my Mentopause symptoms!
I would be lost without this product!! I am 49 and I had a hysterectomy nine months ago due to fibroid tumors. I received a lot of information about the surgery and what to expect but NOTHING about the immediate and UNEXPECTED MENOPAUSE! It seems that no one wants to TALK about "Menopause" - like it is some dirty word! I tried the hormones, the cream (made of horse urine), and every other potentially CANCER causing pharmaceutical that the DOCTOR pushed on me and NOTHING - NOTHING gave me relief from the: night sweats (to the point of changing the entire bed sheets twice a night), the depression and mood swings (I would cry over a commercial for no reason, bite off someone's head for no one reason, and then be crying for hours after, feel rage, sadness and comedy and within the scope of FIVE minutes. I REALLY THOUGHT I WAS LOSING MY MIND!!! Then came this product - three times a day with food and I was saved!!! It took about 4 weeks to see the change but what a change! It was heaven on earth. AND - it's NATURAL with NO WORRIES ABOUT GETTING CANCER!!! I trust NOW as I take other supplements from them. It would be nice if doctors could get on board with alternatives that are healthy instead of pushing potentially cancer causing pharmaceuticals!!!!

Good Balanced Formula (CAUTION with Estrogen-dependent Cancer)
This is not a bad product. It has the recommended dose of Black Cohosh as used in research and clinical applications; however, I personally would like a little higher amount of the Black Cohosh extract-or smaller amounts of the complementary herbs. Complementary herbs are Licorice and Angelica is small amounts. The Black Cohosh extract used in this formula is standardized to 5% Triterpene Glycosides. Clinical herbalists (and historical use) has found Black Cohosh (and the complementary herbs used in this formula) to help ease many symptoms of female hormone problems, such as PMS and menopause. However, a word of warning: anyone that already has higher levels of estrogen, or has estrogen-sensitive (or estrogen-driven) cancer(s), or who has a family history of estrogen-sensitive cancer(s) should NOT take Black Cohosh unless they are under careful care and monitoring of their physicians (clinical herbalist, OBGyn, Oncologist, Functional Medicine Doctor, etc.) It would be my suggestion that if you have any of the estrogen-driven types of cancer(s) stay away from Black Cohosh altogether. While studies are contradictory as to the estrogenic effect of Black Cohosh, there is plenty of evidence - both clinical and historical - to warrant caution.

Hot flashes relief
My pcp recommended this product to help with the overheating and hot flashes. It smells really very bad and for some reason I burp for an hour after taking, which too is gross.Yet I won't stop taking it. Real relief from that overwhelming overheating!

miracle herb!!!
I took premarin for more years than you should take them & now that I found black cohosh I can stop the prescriptions. They work great for me although I have to usually take 3 a day at 80 mg. I read the warnings of taking the higher dose and with 3 it's still under that amount. My sister and mother are now using this product and it's working great.

Side Effects
Make sure you do your research on possible side effects before deciding to take this supplement. It gives me some serious digestive issues.

Helps
Just started taking Black Cohosh to help with hot flashes...I feel like it's helped the severity of them. I still get them just not as bad, going to continue usage. I take at night before bed and don't wake up drenched in sweat as frequently.
