This product is amazing. It is hard to swallow if you are a sweet tooth like me but i have a system to get it down and it works. its been over 12 years that i had meat per Dr. orders. meat use to shut down my system. last time i use this faithfully was 2005. since i have been having problems with my gall bladder stones i decided before surgery i am going to try his again, boy oh boy i am in week 2 and you dont want to see the scary things that im seeing.I have a clothes hanger that i use to search through the long strings and i found a piece of meat looks liver'ish, it looks like i lost an organ in there. Not only is this product natural, but it makes you go naturally! You don’t have to worry about the weird products like in other “fiber” products.This one is a definite go-to!

This product is so healthy for you! It is a bit tough to get down because of the taste however it’s not as bad as the original product years ago. If done quickly definitely worth a benefit to get it down! Powder works better than the capsules! Drink plenty of water when taking this product.

I used this product many years ago when cleansing and fasting. It's great stuff. Not terribly bulky and thick and hard to swallow. It's gentle, but effective if you go slow and gradually increase the amount daily. I've used this when juice fasting to put something through my colon to "scrub" it clean. Very effective. Doesn't taste great, but I chug it down in about 2 oz of water and chase it with another 8 oz. Why prolong the agony by stirring it into an 8 oz glass? I also shake it in a jar rather than stir it in a glass. Much easier.

I have used this product off and on since the early 90's. When my gut goes south, I use this product and it definitely cleans you out and makes things move again. Great product! I will say that I use more than the label says, I use a well rounded tablespoon and that works for me. Try it, you won't be sorry and your gut will thank you!
