VERY PLEASANT TASTE OF FILTERED WATER, VERY GOOD FILTER

Bought these filters to build an emergency water filter system. Same filters that I have in my stainless system. Only bad part is there are no nuts to hold them down.

Soaked these filters for 72 hours, water still would not flow through into the bottom of a gravity system. stems at the bottom are much shorter that my old ones. No wing nuts in the box. I even sucked through the filter when wet and put my tongue on the exit hole and the filter maintained suction. Very disappointed and had to reinstall my old filters.

I've used these for years. This time I managed to order them the wrong length. Unfortunately I had them lying around for several months before deciding to replace the ones in my countertop filter. That's when I realized they were too long. Now, I'm way past when I can return them and have no idea what to do with them. They are not cheap.

The Filter works fine . I like it when I can buy 2 things At 1 time on Amazon because you can save usually about 25% buying their way.
