Works great for a couple months then the thermostat dial started malfunctioning
Works great for a couple months then the thermostat dial started malfunctioning. It no longer goes to the hotter settings and only gets luke warm. Will have to call about warranty.

After using the product once insert racks rusted and don’t look useable. not only did the racks rust inside, but the element for heat basically caught fire and quit working after only a few months.
