Almost everything you need, some assembly required.
This set looks just like the pictures, and has everything you need except cutlery. However, you need to assemble the hats and the banner yourself. The banner is relatively easy to do, but it's hard to get the hats looking perfect. The end results look great, but assembly takes some time.

Didn't get everything
Ordered the whole set but they only shipped me the small cake plates, got none of the other items. The plates were cute and perfect for my nephews birthday. Just crushed nothing else was shipped.

Hats are a pain to put together
The hats do not come pre assembled and they are a total pain to put together... other that that, we were happy with this set
