In fairness, I did not start taking this for any specific reason - just heard a lot of good things about it - so I was not looking for any specific changes. Have been taking it a month and any good it is doing is unnoticeable, but may be there.

Best Deal out There!
I don't even know how anyone could tell if this actually has what it says it has in each capsule. Really, it could have colored flower in it. If it actually has the ingredients it says, then it's the best deal out there!

Great source of CO-Q 10. My doctor told me to take it am and pm. So, I have tried a few products and this is the one I take and I would recommend it.

These are long capsules filled with orange "powder" medication. Larger than the white slick ovals I was accustomed to from another supplier. A bit more challenging for folks who find pills difficult to swallow, but manageable.

Thank you. So far, so good. Have had no side effects from it. I will give it a month or two and see if I notice any difference in my health. I have Hashimoto's and adrenal insufficiency.

Good quality for the price
Take CoQ10 at the request of my physician for memory issues. I do feel a little more connected to reality and like the price. Would recommend to others.
