The dispenser hardware is heavy and substantial feeling. It works very well, only dispensing what is needed to clean some dishes, not overdone so as to waste a lot of dish liquid. The ability to refill from the top is also very convenient. Worth the cost.

We were looking to match our Moen faucet and sprayer set and this not only matches the shape and color well, it is the same metal material (not cheap plastic like others.) It’s easy to install & refill, comfortable to use and has a nice hefty feel. We use it for dish soap, has a nice large reservoir to hold soap. And no more ugly bottles on the counter.

This was a great addition to our kitchen and we now have a convenient hand-soap dispenser next to the kitchen faucet that is easy to refill from the top. Works great!!!!! Looks great too!!!!

This Moen soap dispenser, as I said in the title, is really a nice looking soap dispenser, especially so if you, like me, do not really care for the more industrial stream lined look that has been so popular the past few years. It also matches the Moen faucets and their other kitchen products perfectly. However, at the same time I purchased this soap dispenser, I also purchased a hansgrohe soap dispenser to see which I liked better because I liked that too. I also wanted to see how closely hansgrohe would match my Moen faucet, (which was pretty close). Comparing the two dispensers, the Moen won hands down as far as looks goes, but the quality of the build of the hansgrohe over the Moen caused me to install the hansgrohe one instead. While the Moen probably would work fine for years, hansgrohe was constructed solely of metal parts (beyond washers and the actual bottle to hold the soap) as far as I could tell, making it very heavy and very sturdy, while the Moen had lots of plastic used in its construction. The difference in weight between the two was very noticeable. That actually might be a consideration (if you had arthritis or something of the sort that limits the strength in your hands) because the heavier and sturdier the construction, the more strength it takes to press down to get soap dispensed. If something like that applies to you, then I think the Moen would be your better choice. And truthfully, I do not think you would really go wrong with either.

Got this to replace my Kohler K-1894 soap dispenser after it stopped working due to some kind of impossible clog inside the dispenser head. All the below the counter parts are exactly the same, so now I've got spares in case any of them break. (Which confirms that the Kohler replacement straw assembly will work if needed.)The Moen stainless steel finish perfectly matches my Kohler faucet. It installed easily in 5 minutes with no tools. The dispenser spout is long enough to go over the edge of the sink by an inch or so, meaning I can squirt dish soap directly into a dish. It dispenses as much or as little soap as I want with a gentle press. (You get plenty of soap if you press it halfway down, but if you need more, push a little further.) It's cheaper than the Kohler, too. And it comes with a lifetime warranty. Really glad I made the switch. This should be much better.
