Good but overpriced for what it is
Does it work? Yes. Does it work well? Yes. It's $8 for a thin piece of elastic with velcro on the end. Best bet is seeing if you can find a cheap product from a China-based seller that does the same thing. As long as you get the same dimensions, I'd bet you quality wouldn't be any less. If you can't or don't care about the price, 5 stars this will solve your problems.

Works great for old & new bikes
My headset cup seals on a 10+ year old mountain bike with threadless fork had swelled to a larger diameter and popped out of the cups, likely due to the chemicals in the bearing grease. The seals were in good shape otherwise. I could not find replacement seals, and didn't want to take apart the headset anyways. So I sectioned the old cup seals to reduce the diameter so they would fit back into the cups. Of course now I had split seals, and they would not stay in the cups without assistance. Enter these elastic seal wraps. They fit very snugly around the headset cups and secure with velcro, following the contours of the headset cups exactly and keeping the cup seals perfectly in place. They do not move at all after install and they do not interfere with steering in any way. I used one each for the upper and lower cup.I also ordered a set for a brand new hybrid, to help keep the cups seals clean of debris from the get go. Maybe these have gone out of style like leg warmers, but they saved my old MTB for another 10+ years of riding.

Does what it's supposed to.
I put this on my bike in early summer, and it's still in place, for the most part. Over time it may work it's way into your bearing race and cup on threadless systems. I had one of these on a threaded system back in the 90's and it worked flawlessly for 6 years, then it started falling apart. These headset seals are cheap and do a pretty good job.

Great, though a bit overpriced.
Bought 2 of these for my headset on my bmx cruiser bike. It is a snug fit indeed. Almost stretched to the max. I put mine on both top and bottom of headset, reversed so it was all black and no logo showing. Even though the bearings are sealed, I still don't want any crap getting in there. Back in the late 90's everyone had these, though they were called "RonC" wraps. IMO, a more appropriate value would be for a set of these instead of the one.

Easy to install
Very easy to put on and so far looks like a very good seal.

keeps dirt out of lower unsealed headset race
If you use older unsealed headsets, slip one of these over the lower headset race before each ride to keep out the dirt. This keeps the lower headset bearing clean, so you don't have to clean & regrease it (since it won't get dirty). I have multiple bikes so using these reduces my bike maintenance burden immensely. These do stretch out with time, so I take them off after each ride and re-install for each ride. I don't keep them installed on a bike unless it's a daily rider.

Not universal for all bikes
Great product, however did not fit my Trek mountain bike. Headset is too big around. This fit my sons BMX.

Not made for big bikes
Not big enough for modern mountain bikes. Have a GT Zaskar 9R Sport and would not fit around the lower headset. Had ordered 2 for top and bottom, tried with 2 on the bottom but was too big, waste of money for me. After doing some research I tried heating up with hair dryer and could finally stretch around the lower headset. Originally gave one star, but updated to 2 after being able to stretch, but still fits poorly and shouldn't have to go to that length. Save yours money and just clean after every few rides.

Won't fit those newer generations of MTBthat has tapered head ...
Won't fit those newer generations of MTBthat has tapered head tube.Reason: tapered hard tube diameter is too large.Seller/Lizard Skin should specify that this product is not for MTB; it's only meant for small diameter racing tubes
