Perfect fit
It took longer to take the washer apart than it did to replace the pump. The previous error code went away and the new pump, so far, has worked flawlessly.

Easy fix for an aging washer...
Had an "OE" error code on my 14 year old LG front load washing machine. After a bit of research I found that this was the likely culprit preventing the tub from draining. The was a very easy fix so don't hesitate to change this out on your own (there are plenty of how-to videos online). The price was right and I was very happy to avoid a service call, or worse, having to buy a new machine. Hopefully, this new pump will last another 14 years!

Fit my LG WM3570HWA
Worked to fix my LG WM3570HWA, which wasn't draining. Because I wasn't sure if the pump was the actual problem, I also removed the drain hose and washed it out, as an almost solid gel-like sludge had accumulated over the years. Getting all of the sludge out of the hose wasn't easy, and I doubt I could've gotten it out without completely removing the hose. Trying to push the sludge through the clogged hose is probably what killed the pump, if the pump actually failed (the hose might've prevented a still -working pump from getting the water out). So, I would encourage cleaning it when you replace the pump. Since I was already in there, I also proactively replaced the circulation pump (located on the opposite side of the pump housing) while I was at it. Washer runs great now.
