My wife & I have used this product several times. When we decide to shed some unwanted fat & get our bodies ready for the beach, we turn to this. This stuff provides great energy, nutrition, & flavor. We mix a little into a couple cups of coffee in the morning & it often holds us over til lunch time. The fat burn lasts all day & makes you feel great. I highly recommend this product for those seeking a great tool for ketosis or just cutting calories & unnecessary carbs.

Great taste

This stuff is amazing. I enjoy adding it to my morning coffee. I am not on a keto diet. This is the only thing I have found that curbs my appetite and gives me energy. I am 5'7 and 230 lbs. This is my game changer.

Since being on a Keto diet most of the time over the last 4 years I have acquired a taste for straight black coffee. I do like MCT oil powder with very little flavoring in my black coffee and do not like sweeteners or flavoring in my coffee. With that said, I did try this creamer and for a creamer, I can see it being a life-saver for someone trying to do Keto and giving up their coffee-mate. My wife tried it and likes it over Quest MCT oil powder, but I prefer Quest... So I am torn between a 4 to 5 star rating because of our differences, but since I am giving MY OPINION I will sway towards the 4. I do recommend it to those Keto dieters who miss flavored coffee.

I really enjoyed using this, but was only able to do so for a few days. The butter is super potent and I need to limit my dairy. My fault for not reading the label. Went with a vegan product instead.
