101 High Jump Drills

It has good drills and strategies that can be used with high jumpers to work on the skills needed to be successful. The headings make it easy to find drills to work on a particular skill but the only draw back is that I would like to see more images and a step by step image to describe how the drill is done.

I am a prior high jumper myself and decided to buy the book in order to help my young teen daughter with drills meant to strengthen her skills. I was excited to see Gwen, who I knew in college, as the Model/Athlete demonstrating all the drills.

This book is short but it has many awesome ideas for my high school high jumpers. I use the drills all season.

Loaded with drills for each phase of the high jump. The best high jump drills book on the market. Some of the drills translate to other jumping events. A must have coaching manual, I am so glad I bought it!

Good reference material, easy to follow.
