Condor Mens TacticalTactical Cap

I ordered the multi-cam version and was worried after reading some of the reviews posted. Someone even posted a photo of a cheap rip-off, dollar store looking hat they claimed is what they got in the mail. All I can say is when I ran to the mailbox (well more of an airborne shuffle) and came inside I was amazed because my hat looked pretty identical to the one shown in the image on Amazon. So I can only speak for myself, but when I put it on I didn't even have to adjust it, it fit great. It had the condor tag on it and the material it is made from is pretty high quality in my opinion. Many people might think it is crazy to get so excited over a hat, but I am a very picky hat guy. So to get a top quality, brand name hat for the amazing price offered is an awesome deal. To the people that gave this hat crappy reviews because of the Velcro all over it...ATTENTION, it is an operator hat, it is meant to have Velcro so you can put awesome patches or whatever on it. If you want a hat without Velcro then do not order an operator hat. I seen a hat the other week at a tactical shop and was very disappointed. It was some fake marine wannabe camo and rocked a $16 price tag. The flag patch for it was another $6, so I will definitely order from these guys again. I am waiting on my patches now. As far the buckle in the back it seems legit to me. If it starts to loosen as I wear it then I will pop a stitch in it...too easy. So in my opinion, this hat is a solid, if you want an awesome hat that you can pop Old Glory on the front, rock your name tape on the back, and maybe even throw an IR patch on top then this IS the one for you! It also shipped in 3 days!!! You have to overlook the negative reviews because apparently they did not even know what kind of hat they were ordering. I would recommend this hat to others and I will probably buy a few more. But as for now, I have an awesome new hat to drink my cold beer in!!!

nice fit

The comfort is great, the quality is above par. They went above my expectations so much I ended up ordering a black one then a tan one. My only problem with that is all the patches I bought to match them are turning me into a patchaholic. At work my hats are going to get dirty so I didn't want a solid colored one that the dirt and finger smudges would take away from the American flag patch on the front. The Multicam Arid fit the bill nicely , having a multi cam flag patch on front and In Good We Trust (also multi cam) on the back until my custom text ones arrive. I ended up ordering matching patches for the others and rubber American flag patches https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007Y7Y4I6/ref=cm_cd_asin_lnk for each as well. On the black the low profile coloring of the gray on black rubber flag make the hat look like very stealthy and menacing looking while not standing out and stating "look at me" like so many hats do. The tan hat with Coyote color rubber flag look like they were made for each other but the cloth ones still look great on the hat I got them for. If you want a high quality hat that fits like an old friend straight from the package that's about as comfortable as a cap can be in hot humid weather to cold rainy weather , that also is a great receptacle for your Velcro morale patches, this design and brand will be tough to beat.

Good comfortable hat. I got this in multiple colors, some regular some mesh. All the camouflage patterns look pretty sharp. If you’re gonna wear it all the time you’re probably gonna go through one or two a year because they fade in the sun more quickly than others I’ve worn. But the Velcro is good. Front Velcro is perfect size for a 2 x 3 patch. Rear Velcro fits a name tape perfectly. Size is adjustable from pinheads to Chinook heads. All in all it’s a good value.

Good quality hat! Can put all of your favorite & different size patches on securely. My husband really likes it. He normally wears 511 brand, and says this hat is just as nice plus fits more patches

New favorite hat. I have a medium sized head. Most hats look too big on me. This hat fits ALMOST perfectly. Better than most hats I've ever found. Got the olive drab green and it's great. Will order more

Nice hat for the money. I would buy another one. I was looking for a hat to apply a velcro flag patch to; wanted to be patriotic! Looked around and found this one. Took a chance as the price was right (when you buy a hat online you can't check to see how it fits your head, so you ARE taking your chances...) Here is what I found: good construction. good color saturation. nice shade of olive drab; picture is close to what it is in real life. Lightweight materials; which could be good or bad, depending upon your needs. good adjustable fit - I have a big head (but short hair) and the hat fit fine with room to spare. Note that this is not your old style baseball cap that sits 'up off' the top of your head; this cap fits right 'on' your head. velcro field is a little small for my flag(field could be 1/2 to 1 inch wider), but the flag stays on ok. Visor is a little short compared to some tactical caps, but not so short that it looks bad. Hat is not so tough that it will last for years and years, but it suits my purposes.

So pleased I’m about to order one each in black and olive green after I finish this review! Great service too.

I’ve always found it hard to find a hat that sits low enough on my head so that the wind won’t blow it off and this one fits me perfect. Also, the beak of it has more coverage than your average hat to give you perfect sun shading. The patch on the front is 2” tall by 3” long and fits most patches well. It also has a small Velcro spot on the top of the hat that would be good for an IR strobe if you’re doing any kind of night vision work. The back of the hat also has a Velcro strip for a name tag if need be, it’s curved so it can be tricky to fit a longer patch on it but will work well with most name patches.
