I purchased this for my concealed carry I previously had a holster that had a long panel that stuck up on the inside of the holster. Everytime I moved that thing was gouging me in the side. Conversely, this holster fits nicely on my belt and doesn't gouge me. One thing that you need to be aware of is that it REALLY Securely holds (clamps) your firearm in, so you either need to carry a sky crane to pull your firearm out, keep a very strong body builder with you to pull the firearm out, or (My preference) loosen the clamping pressure as described in the manual.

Super tight to get out of the holster. Even with the screw all the way out. But it will work. Just have to have the screw all the way out

Adjustable tension. Exact fit for SR22, not one size fits all that never really fits right. Easy to slide through belt for security unlike others that clip on

My favorite rigid holster
One year deep, and it’s still my favorite and go-to holster for the SR-22. The curve fits my hip bone so well, and the elevation is so perfect (even for driving), I often forget the holster is even there. I regularly have to do a quick touch inventory, heading out the door, to confirm I remembered to gear up; it’s that comfortable. I fine tuned the tension once, 14 months ago, and I have not had to readjust it since. I have a paddle also, and while I have to open my belt to remove this (non-paddle) version, I prefer it over the paddle for comfort and breathability. The only contact points are at the belt line, and I tend to sweat there anyhow.Pros:+ Comfort+ Portability+ Retention+ Clean draw+ Easy one-handed re-holstering+ Angle (can easily draw and return; even while seated)+ Elevation (doesn’t engage even my tallest seatbelt buckles, or come close to marring any chairs)+ SturdyCons:– Looks bulkier than it is– Plastic finish not as clean looking as some my other brands– No angle adjustment (con for some; factory angle is perfect for my frame)Bottom Line: A great holster and well worth the price. If my elbow were not resting near near it, I would have no indicator that I was heeled. Love it.
