I was looking forwards to this book since I'd pre-ordered it on the 19th with a guaranteed release date delivery on the 30th, but it suddenly went out of stock on the 30th, so I'm still waiting for it. This is disappointing as a friend has got his copy, and from what I've seen the book is excellent.5 stars for book, one star for service.
