I only bake with nut flours and cashew flour is by far the best tasting. I use this cashew flour for all my baking. It’s my 4th 5lb bag. I prefer this brand because it’s organic. It’s hard to find organic cashew flour and I’ve tried different brands. This brand gives me the tastiest results. Sometimes it takes a little while for it to show up so I order it well in advance of when my last bag is getting low- though lately it’s shown up right away. Highly recommend this brand! The pictures attached are my fruit galettes that I bake with the flour. Great flour!

Horrible boxing. It came in a carton box and without a label to let you know where was it manufactured or what ingredients are in it. It came in an unsealed bag. This for $64....and you need to trust that what's in this bag is really only cashews.... Best part is that it is not allegeable for return. NOT a good buy. bye bye...

I’ve found it difficult to find organic cashew flour of good quality. Ancient Science cashew flour is very good, tastes great and works well in many recipes I make where nut flour is substituted for grain flour. I received this product quickly.

I received almond flour instead of cashew flour, and I cannot return it... so I am extremely disappointed to have spent $60 for nothing...

I use this product for gluten-free baking and non-dairy cheeses. The grind is very fine, and the flour isn't clumpy.

I used this cashew flour in waffles, muffins, fruit crisp and cookies--very pleased with the results.
