wonderful book for a fan of Maya Angelou

His heart was big, his hope driven by the profound sadness of inhumanity. Ms. Maya captured him, keeping alive a hope for change he awoke with everyday: the hope that HUMAN beings will learn what it truly means to BE human.

I mistakenly thought this was a book that Maya Angelou wrote about Mandela but its a poem she wrote for his memorial. One book for one poem. Its not very long. I read it in about 5-10 minutes.

This is a tremendous tribute to a man who is bigger that life, a man with unsearchable humility and grace. Dr. Angelou moves us with words that can hardly be spoken.

Maya Angelous poem and pictures of Nelson Mandela are wonderful. I have read it several times and am so glad I made the purchase. It is a great salute to an amazing man.

Very lovely poem. A collectible. Nelson Mandela was a strong, yet gentle man, whose life left the world an example for humanity. Ms. Angelou conveys this very simply and beautifully.

This a powerful story. You can hear the passion In the words. A wonderful remembrance for Nelson Mandela. Maya Angelou as always writes from her heart and we can feel that all the way through. I love it and it's a gift to own it.
