Great air shocks that don't leak down quickly-superior ride quality
Had to wait quite a while for these to come back in stock. Price at Amazon is far lower than any locally. I use these because it lets me fine tune the ride height when I've got a load in my 98 Ranger 2WD. Simple to install with a drill and ordinary hand tools in about 45 mins. The ride is great and really compliments the 33320 Monroe-Matics on the front end. Just don't use these to try and overload your truck. Made in the USA and reliable as rocks just don't overfill.

Lose air pressure
Love the shocks. My truck rides sooooo much better. They were easy to install and I appreciate that the air line kit is included. However, I was doubtful about the plastic connections. No matter what I’ve tried the shocks lose air. I have to refill them every morning before heading out for the day. I wish there was an upgrade available but I haven’t been able to find a better system that fits these shocks.

Good set of Shocks
These appear to be a good set of Shocks, that being said I'm not really a fan of the rubber boot that holds the Air being exposed-I had ckd to see if Hijackers made a set for My Vehicle but evidently they don't, so We settled on the Monroe MaxAir. As a tip that may Help You later on, when installing the rubber O Rings I went ahead & used some Silicone Gel on them for longevity & to aide in sealing for Air leaks. Got them installed, Aired them up & they work fine, No leaks. One other thing I didn't see anywhere in the listing that the Airline Kit came with the Shocks even though it shows it in the Ad (may have just overlooked it, but My previous dealings with other Air Shock Manufacturers-You had to buy it separately, so went ahead & ordered an Airline Kit. The Kit DOES come w/the Shocks, so just sent the one purchased separately back. Been on the Truck for some Time now, & still have not leaked down. Best, PawPaw C

junk
There black not white shocks. Anyway I put these on my 1984 bronco 2 that was sagging as typical. They have leaked from day one. Mechanic for 27 years. Sprayed everything down with soap must be a pin hole. Stay up for a day that's it. So damn aggravating I got screwed. Invest in good stuff do not buy these cheap pos.

Could be better but they work fine
Il start with cons: definitely seem like they are poorly remanufactured, little flakes of something all over the boot, like flakes of non flexible paint The air line is very small and the connections are about as trustworthy as your average politician Both shocks share air so long corners will transfer air to one side and let the truck lean more than if they had individual lines At highway speeds with a load I could feel the air sloshing from one bag to the other which required more steering wheel adjustment than normal The first 20 minutes of driving had very little shock absorption so the rear bounced over bumps pretty bad Pros: the bouncing went away after a bit of driving It works, I had a load that would have bottomed out my tired old leaf springs and didn't rub a wheel once with about 80psi in the shocks Set up was much easier than typical non shock style air bags Handles nicely without a load in short tight corners, the tiny air lines limit how fast air can transfer between shocks I'm not sure if I have a slow pressure related leak or if my pressure is just changing based on temperature, load and the slow transfer of air through the tiny lines. Im pretty sure it's the latter as my 80psi loaded yesterday is only down to 60psi today without a load and much cooler outside Over all I would give 5 starts if it had individual lines for both shocks and used a more confidence inspiring 1/4 inch push lock connection like typical automotive air products. I plan on using 1/8 to 1/4 adapters and running the air lines through cheapo semi truck load levelers so each shock has its own air and I don't need to mess around with filling and draining the system. For the price of these I would buy them again if they last at least 2 years
