So, I ordered these hoodies for myself and my wife. They arrived sooner then expected. The wife took them out of package and was so surprised. The fits where perfect and the quality of the the hoodie was great. These are not the cheap thin hoodies from other sites like I expected because of the low price. So, of course the wife had to post them on Facebook to show off to everyone. My sister noticed the our last name was missing 1 letter in it. I immediately went on to my orders to check to see if it was my error or the companies. I was unable to see on my ordered page who was at fault. So, I started a return request. The customer service department of the company was very quick to answer my email. We had a couple emails back and fourth, and they apologized and said they would rush me out new hoodies with the correct spelling at no charge. A few days later we received the new hoodies with the correct spelling. We are very happy and will definitely recommend this company to all of our friends!!! Thank you so much!!

I bought two for my niece and her fiancé. They came out nice only thing is I thought I ordered t shirts but received two hoodies which is fine. Maybe I clicked hoodies and didn’t realize it. I can’t wait to give it to them on Christmas.

Letters fell off after washing in cold water and drying on low heat. I have never had any problems with letters falling off even with at home iron on shirt letters. You can clearly tell it’s a problem with the company that put them on. I emailed them and they said they can not refund my money because it’s a custom hoodie. I didn’t customize it I bought it just like how they were selling it hubby on one and wifey on the other. Will not be buying from them again. Very disappointed!

Amazing hoodies. I got a pair for me and my girlfriend. Really awesome and super comfortable and keep you warm. They are normal cotton so they don't stretch like usual hoodies. So if you're a medium it'll fit perfectly but if you want some breathing room I recommend getting a size bigger but other than that amazing product!!!

Awsome sweat shirts! But I need to return them!!I liked everything about it but I needed a size smaller for my husband and a bigger size for me. The woman’s run slim and long, which I love.Men’s is a bit wider. But j just got a size bigger for him and small for me. But overall awesome .I saw it a little better in the light, some little stitching . Some of the thread is a lot and some parts of the stitching is off. Too much over lapping.

So I bought these hoodies for my boyfriend and I and OMG I'm so incredibly happy with my purchase. I've never had a better online experience ever. It literally only took 2 days and the fabric and design are amazing. I was jumping for joy. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I bought my bf a 2x and I bought myself a L and I'm a size 14 plus and it fits perfect.

My husband and I bought these to wear at our wedding once we changed out of our formal dress and tuxedo and they were great for just a couple hours. Only thing I would say is that the shirts could have been a little longer and slimmer. My husbands shirt was an XL and mine was a L and we both felt like they were for plus sized people.
