Good quality bottle
Bottle has withstood the test of time with no leaks. Easy to use squeeze which isn’t too firm. Taste of the dissolvable tablets is great and provides you with those electrolytes to aid in energy and recovery. Good value for money!

Great value and decent bottle
I bought this some time ago for cycling. The bottles are well made, I have had several and they last a long time. I like the taste of the hydration tabs and the small tube they come in is perfect to go in a small saddle bag. Competitvely priced so a good deal!

Works well but bland taste
Tried this a few times now, the taste is very bland mixed with the recommended 750ml but gets much better at 600ml. I now have it at 500ml and it's spot on for me. The bottle is good and strong however the pull up drinking spout does not stay open meaning it has to be bitten to drink out of (may be a defect with mine) however its more for the hydration which it certainly does and I don't cramp up half as much as I do just drinking water etc and recovery is much quicker too. Would recommend

Highs Hydration
Bought September 2025. Used on a walking holiday. Walker leader was pleased we had brought these electrolytes. Lighly flavoured and came with a bottle.
