Cool novelty. Smells strange when burning.
Interesting lighter. It's kind of fiddly. But it's neat. I bought this months ago and I have just recently had to until the knot to get more rope real estate. It's kind of fun. I've heard these be called sailors lighters. I can't imagine that though. As soon as the roap gets even slightly moist. Like on a foggy night it won't smolder when struck. I can only imagine the struggle trying to light this at sea.

Super cool and definitely vontage. I dodnt know what to expect i just thiight it was cool. I had to seek asdisyance from mu uncle who by served many years for The United States of America as Marine. But in the end, totally happy with my purchase
