N.Y.C. New York Color Smooth Skin Bronzer, Sunny, 0.33 Ounce

I bought this the first time in a store (?) because it wasn't expensive. I loved it and bought again. Now it's getting hard to find and I was so happy to find it on Amazon but a little more expensive than my first purchase...which was about $3. This time I paid $13 and I think that was the end of that price. I think it's $20 now...but don't take my word for that. Anyway....I use it for all over facial tone and you control how dark you want. It comes with a pad but I have more control with a brush. I don't use foundation because as an elderly woman, it accentuates lines and wrinkles. This gives me color, without the negative factor of foundation. A little (powder) blush on top, some mascara and I'm ready to go. It only comes in one color, but works with most skin tones and no irritation. It's my forever brand and better than the expensive ones. It's getting very popular as more ladies discover this cheaper alternative. I think that's why the price has gone up.

This is a great bronzer, especially if you're pale. I like that it's matte since a lot of bronzers have a sparkle to them, which doesn't feel as appropriate for work. This one is more subtle and it makes my cheekbones look more sculpted without being as obvious as a full Kardashian contour. This one suits my pale skintone fairly well, but I think it can be slightly orange on me. It really depends on your skin and undertone. I think it's easy to build up the coverage. It doesn't go on very dark, but I can make it more obvious by adding another layer and it doesn't look caked on. I wouldn't wear it by itself, but it looks really pretty next to a pink blush. I got mine three months ago and I use it almost every day and there is barely a dent in the product. I think it'll last me forever. It's definitely worth it to try it, especially since it's so cheap.

First things first. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt called to write one because of all the glowing reviews for this bronzer, I am probably the one person who wasn't too crazy about it. Pros: a) it doesn't have sparkles on it b) it fits my thrifty budget. Cons: a single but very important factor - it made me look orangey. Didn't dig the oompa loompa complexion it gave me and it took forever to build on the pigment. I am Asian, and maybe that's why it didn't work for me. However, one of the main reasons why I did get this bronzer in the first place is that there was a reviewer on here that said she was Asian too and it worked wonders for her. I probably just need a darker shade that they don't have just yet with this company. At any rate, it's pretty cheap so give it a try and see if it works for you. Oh, and if you're a super thrifty shopper like me, see if it's cheaper at your local brick and mortar store that's not a specialized beauty store, like Meijer. It was much cheaper there than it is on here when I bought it.

Nice and easy to apply with the applicator provided but the colour is a lot darker than I was hoping for and I already have dark skin so this colour is very veryyyy dark. I also found it to come off a little after a while (let's say a few hours) but otherwise it's good you do kinda need to apply a certain ammount so that it doesn't fade away after some time and it doesn't look like it's too much because of how dark the tone is really.

This is the first time I've ever used bronzer at all. I'm using it on my full face, and have relatively light skin. Anyway, my mom asked how my face got such a healthy glow. I told her I bought bronzer and she was amazed. She's tried some brands and said they don't blend in well enough or look natural. I gave her the name of this so she could buy some herself. I do have one thing to say though, it did not blend very well with the included applicator sponge. So I tried a foundation blush and got it blended perfectly!

I'm a bronzer fanatic - I have tried all price points and definitely impulse bought this one - so far, so good....I would buy this over Benefit Hoola any day - I actually don't even buy Hoola anymore as the price point isn't worth it, there are so many others on the market now that are just as good. Just try this one, it won't be a waste of your money and I actually like that it doesn't have any sparkle to it so I can wear it outdoors and not worry about looking like a glitter bomb went off on my face.

I have very pale skin, it was darker than I expected but, since it is so pigmented I can tap a fluffy bronzer brush in there (the fluffier the brush the better a bronzer will turn out for any skin tone) and it blends so easily and gives me the right amount of color. Some people think the more red based a bronzer is, its not good for pale skin types but I disagree. Its about the tone and application and tools. This one is better than high end bronzers I have and I was shocked lol Its my new go to and it stays on my skin without fading throughout the day.

I bought this product a while back and have been using it every day ever since. I heard a ton of youtubers rave about this stuff, even youtubers who use high end beauty products as well. So I decided to give it a try and as I said, very very happy with the product itself. The only downside was the fact that it was supposed to be garunteed two day shipping but it ended up coming in a couple of days late. Besides that, I would really recommend this to anyone starting out in makeup who wants a cheap, great quality, affordable bronzer.

Waste of my money- Just looks like a cheap powder!

mach einen sehr schönen teint. ganz leicht und luftig, natürlich. der "schwamm", der beiliegt ist jetzt nicht so dolle, lieber einen frischen pinsel benutzen!

Love this lovely contour powder and also contour my nose with this and use it as a eye shadow.

Ich hatte davor große Bedenken, da Bronzer -gerade bei hellen Hauttypen- einfach vom Ton passen muss. Was soll ich sagen, ich bin wirklich sehr blass und der Bronzer hält das, was er verspricht! Immer wieder gerne.

Dieser Bronzing Facepowder ist einfach super.Das Produkt lässt sich super auftragen und ist sehr gut pikmentiert und hat eine leicht aufzutragende konzistens.!Ich liebe ihn !Kam schnell an.
