Easy to use. Very solid design and very strong steel

I had been searching for something like this for a while now. I needed something solid to take the place of a wooden pole that was starting to splinter in my garage. Reasonably priced and tall enough to offer support to the roof of my garage. There were no instructions, but ended up being pretty straightforward to set up. Might have to order another!

The product itself is great! Very hefty and more than capable of lifting the beams I needed reinforcing, but the shipping was less than ideal. I ordered two of these jacks and both were packed in flimsy boxes which were torn in the process of getting them to me. As a result, some of the parts were missing out of the box, but Amazon quickly sent me a replacement set. Great product, less than ideal shipping.

It is a great product thank you. Very helpful for a one-man job. I would definitely order from this company but would recommend better packaging as the jacks are heavy enough to break the soft packing foams and box. Stronger cardboard packing to secure it would go a long way and not break apart...granted, the item itself will withstand any rough postal handling but the separate pieces can fall loose from the package and lost in transit?

I ordered my second of these and it arrived without the required parts for it to work.The return was cumbersome as the box it ships in really isn't adequate and UPS required I pay for it to be packaged for a return.Bad experience and I won't be buying another.

the jack appears very sturdy, however all the hardware is missing. Instead of just sending the hardware I have to wait another month to exchange it
