KaBloom Bouquet of Purple Orchids from Thailand

Received flowers within time specified each stem had an individual water tube intact. The flowers were secure in the box and wrapped in cellophane. However, despite the packing, 6 of the ten stems were bruised and wilted with browning on the petals. several of the blooms fell off the stems as they were being placed into my vase. I doubt they will last the week. I won't be ordering from Kabloom again.UPDATE: Kabloom's offer to send a replacement bouquet was speedy... I took them up on the offer and am pleased to say the replacement flowers were delivered today, fresh and perky and beautiful. I appreciate your prompt attention to correcting a problem. I've updated my rating to 4 stars.

The good, the bad and the ugly....the good, quick on time delivery, in a solid undamaged box with each stem in it's individual water container. I see an obvious attempt to provide a promised product. The bad, the stems arrived half destroyed. Wonder if this flower is not hardy enough for rigor of shipping. Half the petals ended up in plastic pouch, after very careful extraction. The ugly...see for yourself...will attach photo. Maybe I picked wrong flower? Maybe wrong flower available... wife's favorite...gave it a two star for delivery and solid box. Attempt was made. I feel it didn't work.

These are beautiful flowers, but I didn’t expect them to have blue on themI thought that they would be just purple and white. To go with the wedding colors.

Flowers were well packaged. I received them on the 19th of September and they still look good on Sept 30th. The blooms were beautiful. I’d order again

I ordered five bouquets of purple dendrobiums to use for centerpieces. I received TWO bouquets of purple, and THREE of purple dendrobiums dyed blue. They look awful!

Mistook that I was getting real flowers, as the price was so reasonable, my mother was very ha, they packed them well and each stem had a water well attached, lasted weeks..I will buy again.
