I've had this massager for several years now. It is amazing. The heat setting isn't much more than a slightly warm feeling. They are just LEDs behind a red cover. The massage head though...it is plenty powerful enough to reach the deepest muscles and tissues. It also has several heads that can be attached for a different feel. The variable speeds help determine how deep the massager penetrates. It has a great quality build and should not disappoint.

I had a nerve cluster get constricted in my shoulder which locked up the surrounding muscle to such an extenent that I could hardly move my right arm. The pain was so intense that it led to nausea, headaches, and nearly missing work. A chiropractor friend recommend a session, but suggested one of these messages if I couldn't afford that. I bought one of these a instructed my wife on how to use it to work out my problem. Within a single session the muscles had relaxed and the nerve cluster loosened. The pain has not returned and I'm back to 100%. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. This messager is perfect for anyone wanting to get everything from light to deep tissue. The different heads provide a wide variety in message style. The heat, once warmed up, works wonderfully android ess that extra little enticement for the muscles to ease back to a more natural state. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a good hand held messager.

This product definitely met my expectations! It arrived efficiently. Easy to use. The heads are easy to interchange by just screwing on & off like a lightbulb. It takes about 5 minutes for the heat to really get to full strength, but was very relaxing once it kicked in. For future, we will probably just plug in and wait until its fully heated on the head.It is easy to handle, and with the long neck, it makes reaching areas of my low back and upper shoulders no problem for me to do by myself. It is a bit heavy, but that seems to be part of the benefit, that the weight helps with applying pressure to the areas.My husband uses it on me, and that way I can fully relax and receive all the benefits. It does feel like it gives a nice deep penetration to the muscle, and did help to relieve some tightness and spasming. My husband really enjoyed it too, when I used it on him. Often my fingers get tired massaging his sore shoulders, but now with this tool, I can use it to massage him for as long as he wants. No strain on my fingers. haha! We are very happy with this product! I would definitely recommend it to others.

OK so yes I did buy this in 2015 and it was used for a short while as I was receiving in-home physical therapy. Then it was put away in a closet. Just used it today and it burst into flames where the cord meets the handle and shocked me as well because I was touching it there. Product should not I have degraded. Maybe a factory defect? Who knows, but it is a dangerous item. Should probably consider a different brand unless the product has been improved since then.

I wanted a percussion massager that was lighter weight than my "two eyed giant" percussion massager, and this one fit the bill perfectly. The heat really heats and the roller style switch is awesome. After using the first one briefly it stopped working (after I had determined this was the perfect massager for my lower back). I contacted Zyllion customer service and they were very apologetic and willing to rectify the problem quickly and with No additional shipping cost for me. They offered me a full refund immediately including return shipping (as soon as I emailed them a copy of my shipping receipt). I did send them a copy of my shipping and my account was refunded the amount the next day. I opted to receive another massager and I am so glad I did. Zyillion apparently shipped the new one as soon as they received my shipping receipt and I received it a couple of days later. This is an awesome massager, but what is more impressive is a company that is truly concerned about their products, and is concerned about its Reputation. Thanks Zyillion.

I had a percussive massager years ago with 2 balls on it and I much prefer the single-ball version like this... much easier to focus attention where you need it and this is MUCH lighter than the one I used to have. I was surprised by the infra-red heat function... it did put out a noticeable amount of heat and was nice. The throw (the distance that the massage ball moves from fully retracted to fully extended) was a bit shorter than I hoped, but it still got the job done... just with a bit more time. I was also surprised at how quiet the machine was and was very happy that the speed adjustment was an infinitely adjustable wheel instead of 3-5 different speed settings.

This is an outstanding device. I bought it because I have Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Axonal Polyneurapathy and I needed something that could help relieve the discomfort. It did that and much more. The device is a bit heavy but simply by holding it closer to its head it can be held by any person with ease. The percussion is very strong as is the heat. I've had similar devices used on me at chiropractor's clinics and this is no worse than professional devices of the same kind.

It is very easy to use and reach the mid back, but would like to feel more heat from the infrared unit. It has two similarattachments which I would prefer one to be more flat or body contour for muscle relaxation and massage. I am comparing this to a priorownership of the Panasonic Easy Reach model that is no longer available.
