Needed some dentist tools, to keep teeth clean between dentist visits or to keep the cost down. Tongue scraper was not the easiest to use and felt a little sharp (or I could have been using it wrong) but this was not what I bought the set for.The pick style tools are great and can be used at various angles. Used three different styles and they great together to get at the areas I needed. The mirror unfortunately is not fog free, so does become difficult to use in your mouth without de-fogging it after a few seconds. Again, this does not directly impact on the tools which are great, professional feelings and sturdy.

Excellent for clay work
This is a great little set.I'm using it to remove clay from very delicate plaster work and the tools are perfect.Do be aware that most of them are very sharp!Happy to recommend.

Yes it's great
This is well made and pretty strong . It does all it says it does and I would recommend. It also comes in a sturdy zip case so would be great as a present for someone who likes to take care of their appearance.

Not sure
OK, so, I bought this set because the cost of living does not afford me a dentist plus I was a few glasses of wine deep and anything can happen at that point so I purchased it. The case is quite sturdy and the instruments mostly I have no idea what they are for.. but I will use the pointy curved thing to remove any unmentionables from my teeth 😁 on the plus side, they are well made, strong and durable. Quality is 100. I'm giving 5 stars because it's my own fault I made an impulse purchase.

Presentation and quality are always a good starting point.
Im not a dentist and although i have seen others unsure of what some of the instruments are for, a little research online will generally help you find you way. The first thing i noticed was that the instruments were all packed and nicely presented in a zip around case. The sharp tips of the instuments all had plastic covers on each of the ends to stop clumsy people like me from stabbing yourself when moving the instruments in or out of the case. The quality of each item are very nice, the instuments are well balanced and easy to handle. I did notice one flaw that might have been an issue for some, the small circular mirror had a scratch on the surface. For me it was not really an issue warranting a replacement or return. I have very little of my own teeth left, the mirror is not that essential for my needs. Why do you need precision instuments like this when you have little teeth of your own, you may ask? Well things start slipping into cracks and crevices of broken or decaying teeth, especially if you have underlying health issues which can cause rapid breakdown or decay. I am fighting a losing battle with my teeth, the instruments help to reach and clean parts that paste and other tools cannot reach. On a lighter side of things, i do not wish to wake and find tomato plants rooted and flowering from within the deep dark areas tomato seeds could root and floursih from. I would reccomend these dental tools if you have confidence and a steady hand.

Pretty decent quality
The tools are well made, no imperfections and incredibly strong. They are extremely sharp so you must be very careful with them, i imagine you can easily scrape the enamel off your teeth with these too, as such I'm very slow and careful about using them. Getting a chunk of black hardened tartar is very satisfying! Gross but here we are.The reason I knocked off a star is due to the carry case. A red felt is used to line it, which leaves small fibers on the tools when inserted and removed. This washes off no problem, but it's a poor design choice. Rinse before use and it's not a problem. I imagine in a few months of taking in and out of the case, the felt will be worn away. I'm not too concerned about this from a practical point of view, the tools work well.

Why use them on teeth alone......
I love the fact that Amazon straight off the bat asks me about the products "whitening capabilities" and then it's "flavour". As far as I'm aware stainless steel doesn't have any flavour and when I tell you the use to which I've put them you will smile I'm sure.So promptly delivered, well packaged and looks exactly like the photos shown when purchasing. So why haven't they whitened my teeth? Because I'm using them to clean dead barnacles off the inside of my stern drive unit after it was removed for servicing. That's a huge peice of aluminium boating engine equipment to put in it layman's terms. And they are marvellous for it.As for dental work I'm sure they are exemplary. But as I'm based in UK I have Clarkson teeth rather than Hammond teeth. A witty referral to Amazon prime he said.... So if you need craft or delicate engineering work but these items they are perfect for that environment. Think outside the box and Amazon no doubt has whatever you need!Highly recommended item and no I'm not writing fake reviews from China. Oh how he chuckled.
