How are these cleaned?

I normally squeeze the top and remove the excess but when the kids tooth paste finish (small) I usually remove the top as if was a lid and run under the water and is new again. Life saving less wastage and less mess around the sink.

Does it fit regular toothpaste bought in uk

Yes, I buy UK Toothpaste and the caps fit perfectly
