My wife has used this pillow for about a year and a half. She says the vibration is adequate but not super strong. She places the pillow where she wants and didn't need the suction cups, and eventually cut them off because they got in the way. The design of the pillow fits behind her neck quite nicely. It is not big enough to extend across your full back and head at the same time. It just depends what you're looking for. For some reason the battery holder recently became slightly loosened, water got in, and the motor is now nonfunctional, so we are ordering the replacement. This was the first time we'd had this problem. So just check to make sure it's tightly close all the time. For $6.50 no complaints.

Very comfortable and just the right size. I use it in and out of the tub. Vibration is just enough and not too strong. I highly recommend it for your tub or hot tub. Totally portable and easy to use.

Wish it vibrated a little harder

Wish I would have known sooner, but I gave this to my sister for a gift and she finally used it the other day and it doesn't work. It does inflate but does not vibrate at all. I belive ita too late to send back, so be cautious that the vibration control might not be working too good.
