Good as new!
TL;DR: I just fixed my $250 headphones to be good as new, for $8. I am very happy.I've been using the Technics RP-DH1200 (or 1210, or 1250, or other variants) for nearly a decade now. They are my favorite headphones. The only complaint I have is that the stock ear pads disintegrate. I am a programmer and I wear then 40+ hours a week, easily. Most pairs last 1-2 years. I've searched for ear pad replacements before but never found them. Dunno if I didn't look hard enough, or what, but this time I fortunately found these and thought I'd give it a try. Putting them on was pretty easy (google for a video to see how it is done), and they feel a lot like new ones (I think, it was 2 years ago). They feel very different from my old worn out ones, they are less condensed and the headphones cup my ears better (like I think I remember the new pads doing...).They don't seem to be identical material, but they feel similar enough for me. Maybe the material is better and will last longer? Time will tell. Either way I'm going to order a pile of these so I can have them effectively forever, until my headphones disintigrate from old age, and I'm going to pull out my 2-3 older pairs and renew them as well!

Nice, soft, durable fabric.
These fit well on my Sony MDR-V700, DJ-style headphones. They're easier to install than the cheap pleather replacement pads that I bought 3 years ago. The inner part of the pads that stretch over the headphones is made of vinyl, and it didn't feel like it was about to rip during installation (unlike the flimsy, thin material on the pleather replacement pads) And I think that the velvety/flannel-like fabric will last longer, and shouldn't crack and fall apart like pleather. They're a little thicker than the original cushions but that doesn't bother me.

High quality and perfect fit.
These ear pads are great! They are made of top quality materials and fit perfectly. The seller also includes a special tool to help with the installation. These pads are more robust than the original. Also, the price point makes these pads a great value. I highly recommend this seller and these ear pads.

Comfortable, seals well, fantasitc quality.
I did not buy these for the headphones listed, but for the Plantronics Backbeat Pro. It isn't my main headphones so I do not mind if it loses the ANC effect, and I want to ease the bass a little. I've moded on from pleather pads to velour, and since the stock pads started the peel, I tore everything apart, since these headphones required at attachment ring to fit on the headphones that comes only with a backbeat pro pads, or 3rd party ones.So these did the trick, made an old pair of headphones that I no longer wanted to use, a decent pair of headphones again. It balanced out the sound a little, made it warmed, of course with some tissues as the filters, because I did not have any foam discs, and not forgetting, comfort. It surprisingly seals well for velour, and the ANC still works, of course not as well as pleather, but works well enough to cancel out some low humming noise. The flaps were a little big, no problem with a pair of scissors.

Awesome product!
Great fit! Comfy! They took headphones that I could not stand to wear for more than 30 mins to ones I don't want to take off! The velvet pads are much thicker and seal in the sound more than the originals ever did. They can be a bit of a challenge to install, but don't be afraid to stretch the vinyl ring that hold the pads on.I had just about given up finding replacement ear pads for my Sony MDR-700DJ. Thank you, Geekria!

Great Replacement Ear Pads for Sony MDR-V700 Headphones
My trusty Sony MDR-V700 headphones were starting to look raggedy, and the original pleather pads had been flaking bad for years. One issue I always had with the original pads is that they weren't thick enough. These new Geekria pads are a huge improvement! They are thickly-cushioned and the velvet is a lot more comfortable than the pleather material you usually see on headphone ear pads. The velvet rocks! Installation was easy, and the price was right, so I highly recommend these pads to replace worn-out ones on your Sony MDR-V700 headphones. My Sony MDR-V700's have been running strong for nearly 10 years, and with these new ear pads, I hope to get many more!

Very comfortable
Items fit my Technics headphone perfect. Having the included tool really helped to put the cushions on to the housing. It’s a very thin gap for the elastic to fit in but the yellow wedge speeded up the installation and without damaging the cushions.Once complete they look and feel like the originals.
