Helps so much
Literally couldn't live without them! If you suffer with sinus issues then try them. I get dreadful headaches and my face hurts - these are really helpful. For some reason the first dose helps a bit - but the second dose, such relief.

Sometimes works, but not always
I found this works sometimes during certain bouts of cold, and sometimes during other bouts of cold, it just does nothing. When this doesn’t work, I’d try Beconase instead which would then work. Strange. I’ve not figured out why this doesn’t work consistently, but I’ll keep it in my drawer because I don’t like to develop a dependence on nasal sprays to clear blocked sinuses. I’ll always try this one first before resorting to Beconase if this doesn’t work.
