I bought these 6" rounds for the sole purpose of using them when we make smash burgers on the griddle. They have been working perfectly for that intended use. The hamburger does not stick to the paper. The burger would, if you did not use it between the meat and the metal burger press, to the press. If you are tired of cutting out pieces for your smash burger press this is a very economical and time saving use for these rounds.Speaking of time saving uses, I came across another use for them - I found my favorite white and yellow corn tortillas (standard taco size) while visiting out of state. I brought a couple of 36-packs home and used these rounds to put in between the tortillas before vacuum sealing and freezing them by the dozen. I was told by the cashier, who is a family member of who produces them, to do it this way and they would last for a couple years. It is true, they do (it has been over a year at this point)! Using these rounds made it so much easier!

Perfect for making smash burgers on the outdoor griddle. One sheet is good for several burgers. Don't forget to get a cast iron burger press.

This is the only place where I could find these 6 inch baking rounds.Even KAF did not have these.I will be ordering again.

These fit great and are easy to use, and make my life so much easier.

I am new to the smash burger thing, but these make it easy. I just throw the burger ball on the griddle, toss one of these on top, then take my press and smash it down. No meat sticking to the press, and I use one sheet for 2 burgers, but it gets a little saturated and messy if you try and continue to use one sheet for more than that.

I used it for making smash burgers on my blackstone an it prevents the meat from sticking to my weight and I can use one for many burgers so it will last a long time given there is 200.

Will always buy these from now on excellant quality and boxed so store well to keep shape
