received the item in perfect order & PACKAGING . TOOK IT OUT & DID A DEMO RUN. MADE ONE (1) BATCH OF ICE . THEN IT STARTED SHOWING WATER INSUFFICIENT REPEATEDLY ALTHOUGH WATER WAS FULL . TRIED TURNING ON & OFF A DOZEN OF TIMES , BUT TO NO AVAIL. REPACKED IT & SENT IT BACK. END OF STORY.
