We've had this for about a month now, and are very pleased with it. We got totally fed up with the flimsy construction (especially the handle pivots) and short lifetime of the standard all-plastic Hozelock offering. Having had to bin the 3rd (4th?) in about as many years, we thought we'd see if we could get a "proper job" in metal.This sprayhead has a good variety of spray patterns, it doesn't leak at the hose connector (or anywhere else), and the locking device is simple to use. It's reassuringly robust. Also, though I haven't tried it yet, it looks fairly easy to dismantle to service it should that ever be needed. I can't see why anyone would buy another plastic one when you can get one of these for about the same price.

This hose Gun spray head is very nice to use and very well made .Good pressure and can certainly shoot a spray some 10 mtrs+ up the garden.It is very comfortable to hold for long periods due to the contoured shape of its rubberized metal handle and does not feel cold to the touch like some other hose guns.This item would have scored 10/10 by me but on what should be the most important "full blast setting" all the selections come on at once and even on full mains water power the water just drips down right in front of you with no pressure at all into a useless puddle.I sent mine back for a refund reluctantly but I hope the manufacturer and seller is able to address this issue and put it right because if done so I could see this piece of garden kit lasting virtually for ever if looked after and not left out in the garden in all weathers.

Only had this a day but the number of different spray settings is impressive, all are useful apart from one (which just wets your feet) and it sprays an impressive distance. Feels like a well built product and a bargain at under £10. I was about to order a £35 Gardena spray gun but this might be just as good and at less than a third of the price.

Looked good to replace the plastic Hozelock spray gun that I've had for years. Big mistake. I've hardly used it since it arrived, but it's already packed up with a pathetic dribble of water coming out accompanied by a loud squeak. Tried adjusting the knurled nut at the back to see if that would make a difference. No change.If my experience is anything to go by, I cannot recommend this product at all. A total waste of money and it's back to Hozelock for me.

An OK piece of kit. It drips like the majority of this sort of attachment. I think it looks sturdier than it is. It's easily lockable and comfortable to hold. Ok for the money.

Having used some bargain and relatively sturdy guns over the last few years but all had connection problems, last year I opted for the Yellow brand plastic gun which was great except after a few months of use the plastic connection broke. I blame myself as I wasn't careful enough. So this year i put a few more ££ into the pot and bought this. Having used it a lot over the last month, so far it has been great and feels really well made and sturdy. Hopefully will last a few years.

It's a great tool, and I'll never use a hose to water my garden again.Buy with Hozelock 2 and 1 25m hose reel.The spray gun is easy to hold and you can hold the handle in place so you don't have to keep pressing it during watering.These Settings are well suited to our needs.You can use different types of fine mist or Settings similar to the shower I use primarily on containers and lawns.You can also choose a setting like a normal hose, which is a violent flow of water, or a setting like one coming out of a faucet, which is a flow of water, but with less pressure than a hose setting.I don't use my watering can anymore.Perfect, recommended
