Smashed capsules
The item is delicious HOWEVER the boxes of capsules were smashed and there was no way to contact your delivery people

It does not work with Keurig coffee machine. Box should be marked to say so.
This product does not work with the Keurig coffee machine. It does not state that on the cappuccino box. Vendor was rude and did not give a refund even when i told her I called and was told it would work with a Keurig coffee machine. I wasted $30.00 because product can not be used.
