The digital screen on it is pointless and doesn’t work. The piece itself doesn’t work unless you shake it and let it sit for awhile

I received my storm glass. It’s very beautiful. The base thermometer doesn’t work, there were absolutely NO instructions of any kind, nor a warranty as it states in advertisement. I reached out to amazon’s customer service. They didn’t have a phone number, website, address for the manufacturer at all. So, now I’m stuck with a teardrop weather prediction station that I wouldn’t have a clue if it’s working or not. I ordered 2 of these one for a gift. Neither work nor have instructions in them. The boxes from the manufacturer were also damaged. Buyer beware!!

I was super excited about this storm glass and I followed the very obscure directions and all I have to say is don't waste your money. I was completely fooled by this product description. I am a minor weather geek. It simply does not do anything. I left it out for at least two weeks to become acclimated with the "weather" in the room and nothing has happened ever since I took it out of the box. We have had rain, snow, wind and sun and nothing has changed within the glass.I also purchased a smaller storm glass from a different company and low and behold the cheaper storm glass is working. I would return this product if I could. I will be regifting this to my least favorite relative this Christmas. Once again don't buy this item not unless you are looking for a pretty decorative glass piece. Also the temperature on the wooded pedestal has read 66 degrees since it came out of the box. Nothing has changed with the temperature or humidity readings. Waste of money!!

I got this for my kids for Christmas. It came super fast. Temperature/humidity gauge didn't work. Batteries were in the unit. The storm glass hasn't change once. I waited for the 2 week adjustment phase. We had a winter storm and it snowed 7 inches. Glass didn't do anything, all the snow crystals are at the bottom of the glass, and are still there. It's almost like this was returned and resold to me. I was was excited about this thought it would be fun to help explain weather to my kids!

Purchased early November 2019. Total disappointment. We have tried several locations in our home, have been through thunderstorms, tornado warnings, and a snow storm last week and the crystals have never changed. I wanted to return the product early on but was told it was “not eligible for a refund” and now I know why. The vendor would go broke.

I ordered 2 of these for my children for Christmas..It has now been over 2 months and neither of them have changed..The live in 2 separate location . It stated that it took a couple weeks to get them to work.. We are disappointed..And still waiting for a change.

Ive had this thing over a week and STILL NOT WORKINGthe wood block is ok but nothing is even being displayed on it either.Not liking this at all

Terrible product. Didn’t work. Son cried. Even left it still for two weeks. Pretty though.
