19.3" Electric Stack Paper Cutter Programmable with Extra Blade and Pad (Industrial, Heavy Duty)

This cutter is very robust. We use it all day long at our business and it cuts great! The customer service provided to switch it from metric to inches was very helpful and prompt. We were given all of the necessary information about the machine as soon as we asked, even provided a video from the factory to assist with how to punch in the codes to make changes. Creating programs is very helpful for repeat cutting and it works very well. The blade is great quality and has not needed sharpening after nearly 4 months of continuous use. The cutting sticks are easily found from other suppliers if this company is out of spares. Thank you, we would buy this again if one was needed.

The instruction manual is not understandable. It is written in broken English with a China accent. The person that wrote the manual did not have spell check, ran words together and the instruction is impossible to understand. It is impossible to understand how to work this equiptment.

Big item and hard to use and no videos or tutorials to use the machine avaialble.
