Review: but I think it's a great value and as long as you aren't a gorilla - I read several reviews stating that various parts of this kit were cheap and broke or otherwise didn't work well, but I think it's a great value and as long as you aren't a gorilla, everything works well. The link remover only requires gentle force to push the pins from a watchband, so line everything up, give the screw a gentle twist with your thumb and index finger, and if the pin doesn't start to move, back off and try, again. (Also, make sure you are pushing it the right way by checking the arrow on the inside of the band.) It's not a professional set, but for a few bucks, you can save much more on basic watch and band repairs.
Review: Four Stars - Awesome set. Did not come wit the bag for some reason unknown. However, works great.

I read several reviews stating that various parts of this kit were cheap and broke or otherwise didn't work well, but I think it's a great value and as long as you aren't a gorilla, everything works well. The link remover only requires gentle force to push the pins from a watchband, so line everything up, give the screw a gentle twist with your thumb and index finger, and if the pin doesn't start to move, back off and try, again. (Also, make sure you are pushing it the right way by checking the arrow on the inside of the band.) It's not a professional set, but for a few bucks, you can save much more on basic watch and band repairs.

Awesome set. Did not come wit the bag for some reason unknown. However, works great.

### ⭐ Cheaply and poorly made and rusty

This product was received in a zip-lock bag and upon inspection I found the pliers rusty and the pincher end did not meet to secure a firm hold on tiny parts. A very cheap looking set of tools. I intend to return them.
