Acnomel Adult Acne Medication Cream 1.3 Oz

This was the first "Pimple" cream I used as a teenager. And when needed many, many, many years later it is still working for me. It has been refined I believe over the years. And I believe it does work very well. So give it a try. It will dry up the zits.....BUT understand they don't dry up overnight. Be patient and lay off the greasy Cheese Burgers mmmmmmmmmm Cheese Burgers!!!! and fries-mmmmmmm fries! Eat right along with using Acnomel Adult Medication Cream! Does a good job of a sorbing oil and hiding blemishes, scars.Worth the $$$

I usually use a brand name for this product but this does just as well if not better. I can use under my makeup too. Knocks out those pimples fast!

I like that this is tinted so it kind of blends into my makeup, though it’s a little darker than my skin. It does speed up the healing of a pimple, but it’s also drying, so don’t overdo it, or you’ll have major flaking and some discomfort.

Does as expected. Great for covering troubled spots.

After years of going to the dermatologist and getting prescription topical creams, I'm glad I found this product. It is very effective! I noticed a big difference in 1 week and after 3 weeks my skin was pretty clear. I was only putting it on at night because of the strange smell and they way it looks like make up (not a good look for a guy). I think if I would have used it twice a day, my skin might have cleared up sooner. However, I can see it has the ability to dry out your skin if used too much. I also use Cetophil Daily Facial Cleanser twice a day, in the morning to wash off the Acnomel (and its smell)-this version of Cetophil has a light pleasant scent to it. I also use the Cetophil Gentle Skin Cleanser throughout the day which has a moisturizer in it and helps to combat any dryness from the Acnomel. Overall, with this product, I don't anticipate going back to the dermatologist any time soon. I highly recommend it and agree with the other 5 star reviewers...IT Works Great!!

My friends and I used to use this in a different format when we were teens. Bought it for my 14 yr old son who is using Proactive but still breaking out. Acnomel has a different active ingredient than Proactive I believe so hopefully it will help. We haven't used it yet, but if it's like what I used it has a bit of a tint to it that helps to hide the redness....three days later...WOW, this stuff really works! Bumpiness is gone and most pimples healed. Not too drying on him, no flaking skin.You should get some :)May 2013: UPDATE: This product is quite amazing. My son was starting to break out in more "cyst"-like pimples. Sounds a bit gross but these are really just more sebum accumulated under the skin that are more like bumps, some of which can be hard. There is no real redness but they are bumpy and can get pretty big.I put a generous amount on the cysts at night so that it can work while he sleeps. If you do, put an old towel or the like on your pillowcase to prevent staining. The result is truly amazing. After just one application the size was minimized greatly and after a couple of applications, most were gone. The ingredient is sulfur and was used in ancient times I discovered.

The cream arrived about a week after I placed the order but the product received has an expiration date in only 9 months. Since a tube this size will typically last a couple of years , and most Rx/medications generally have at least one-year of shelf life, I am disappointed in the shorter term.
