This tablet holder is excellent. It holds the tablet securely and out of the way with plenty of adjustment to put it rite where you want it. I have my work tablet in it for notes and project drawings and couldn't be happier. the mechanism that secures it to the cup holder is genius, very secure.

Yes, it’s true people say things about a product and you wonder if it’s genuine truth. I’m gonna give this review a true and genuine one.So I’ve bought at least a dozen or more car phone mounts trying to get the best onepossible. I was looking for a STURDY, STABLE, SOLID and ALUMINUM UNBREAKABLE BALL JOINT- well this is it. Just stop yourself from spending hours looking for (a cheap) one. It has so many ways to adjust it - you’ll find the way that works best for you.It works so well, I got another one for my wife’s car.Yes, it’s a bit more $$ but look at it this way, time is money and I just saved you a lot of time.Update:I had an issue with placing the cup base holder in (probably my fault over tightening it) it was dented and fell out. Called Tackform and told them what happened. And in less than three minutes talking to customer service, I have a replacement on the way. So what I’m saying is excellent product and excellent plus customer service

For the most part this is a very well made mount and pretty sturdy. I use it daily because I drive for work all day and use my tablet for navigation and work things. It didn't wobble much or shake and is stable. My only complaint is the base that goes into the cupholder could've been better. The way it expands to fit the cup holder could be improved. Its hard to explain but it comes to a point instead of being flat and pushing out against the cup holder so it can still move around in it and I have to push it down and retighten it occasionally. Overall not a big deal and it still works great and it's not permanent so I can remove it easily if needed.

I looked at 30-40 units until I found this one It worked ok but as you can see, I had to tape up the base as it did not expand enough to fit snugly into the cupholder.The rubber stops fell off as soon as I put them on so they needed taping as well.The other problem is that when you use the tablet in portrait, the buttons get in the way of the stops. I managed to adjust the stops so the tablet would not fall out of the holder.
