Only Precor IGR's molecules move to the places pre-adult fleas live, like the base of carpet fibers and between furniture cushions - in short, the sources of a flea infestation. Precor IGR targets fleas in the egg and larval stages of development. As a result, pre-adult fleas cannot produce new infestations of breeding, biting adults. PREVENTS ADULT FLEA EMERGENCE FOR 7 MONTHS. For control of active flea infestations, this product works best when combined with an adulticide such as Suspend SC or Demize E.C. which will help to provide quick knockdown of adult fleas. Precor IGR acts on the immature stages of a flea’s life cycle. Flea eggs deposited on or flea larvae crawling onto treated surfaces will not develop into adult fleas. Existing adult fleas and flea pupae are not affected and thus, Precor IGR Concentrate is generally used in conjunction with an approved insecticide labeled for adult fleas. Effective, long-lasting indoor control of pre-adult fleas - up to seven full months. Mix with water to make 1 gallon of finished product. 1 oz. To prevent infestations before they start, apply PRECOR prior to flea season. When applied to surfaces where fleas are found, such as carpets, upholstered furniture, and pet sleeping areas, PRECOR prevents adult flea emergence for up to 7 months. Controlling fleas on pets is important to prevent introduction of adult fleas indoors. If fleas are a problem on pets, treat the pets with an effective EPA registered flea control product. PLEASE READ LABEL BEFORE USE!!

You need this to get rid of fleas
This product works great because it stops the fleas from laying eggs which will allow you to break their cycle. Buy a gallon of distilled water, four spray bottles, and a funnel. I dumped half of the water into a clean pitcher, dumped the precor in the gallon, shook it, added the water in the pitcher back into the gallon, shook it, and then funneled everything into the four spray bottles. I wore gloves to be safe. Then spray your house, in the corners, under the bed, everywhere that fleas could be hiding. I was doing literally everything else (vacuuming, borax, vinegar, flea collar, flea meds, flea comb, flea shampoo, diatamaceous earth, flea spray, raid, etc) but the fleas were still there until I started using this product.

If you are at war with the fleas in your backyard, then I hope this will help
Fleas - I have a vendetta against Fleas!!! Here's why, when you have fleas in your back yard and every time your 4 year old twins go outside the fleas jump all over them and now both kids have flea bites all over them, then you would be at war as well! In fact do you remember the movie Caddy Shacks and the Gopher? I feel like Bill Murray! Here is the kicker - I don't have any pets. And I live in Los Angeles so there aren't a ton of wild animals running around. But apparently ferrel cats, possums, raccoons, etc, are bringing them into my back yard. Last year in the hot summer months we were unable to go out to the back yard for 3 months because I was unable to get rid of them!So this summer, the moment I saw the first fleas I bought 3 products. This Product, PRECOR IGR Insect Growth Regulator, EXCITER and SUSPEND SC (in the Pint size here on Amazon). Here's the fun part about fleas: they have 4 different growth cycles and no one product kills all 4 cycles. Suspend kills the adult fleas over time, ExciteR kills adult fleas on contact, and Precor kills the eggs and larvas. If you just use one product then the fleas will continue and you won't be able to get rid of them. Last year (the year of flea hell), my husband followed the directions and sprayed using a fine mist but by no means saturated our yard - and it we would get relief for a bit, but then they would come back.So this year I am Bill Murray-ing it! I mixed in a bit more product than called for and I SATURATED everything! (In doing research I have learned that fleas like darker areas - so most likely they will not lay eggs on Los Angeles sun-heated cement or super hot dry dirt, so I did not saturate anything that heated in the sun to over 95 degrees. But everything else I made sure was soaking. I sprayed once a week (because of their growth cycle you will need to spray more than once, but each time I sprayed I saw a serious reduction in numbers) and after 4 sprays/4weeks they were totally gone and I haven't seen them in a month!!!!How did I learn about these 3 products? Last year I hired an exterminator to come out and spray - $300 later and several return visits I asked him the name of the products. Apparently he didn't have an issue telling me his trade secret because here in California I am unable to buy these products without a special license. (I tried - I called a whole sale company and even tried fudging that I was in the industry - but boy are they strict and they sent me on my way!) So imagine my truly lovely surprise that I can buy them here on Amazon (and even cheaper than the CA wholesaler!)So, to sum up, in the event of a flea infestation from hell - use Suspend SC, Precor ICR and ExciteR. SATURATE and get into dark areas. And although others much more knowledgeable than I would tell you to follow the ratio of water to chemical, I used a bit more.I hope this helps!

I'm finally free of the battle.
Anybody who has encountered fleas, knows what a nightmare they are to get rid of. I had all indoor cats and an unfortunate lawn mower brought us some unwanted guests. I took me awhile to figure out what I was getting bit non stop from at night, but once I finally discovered the culprit I took immediate action. I tried everything, from natural remedies(borax, baking soda, oils, constant vacuuming) to chemical remedies and nothing helped. It almost seemed to make them more mad and vicious. I stumbled across a post that people had mentioned Precor, and I thought "what do I have to lose". Once it arrived I made sure to read the instructions, since I didn't have a sprayer I mixed the bottle in a clean milk jug and distributed it between a couple of spray bottles that had a mist sprayer. I went thru each room sprayed the carpets, then closed off the room until they had dried. I did notice a slight decrease, but not significant after two weeks, so I took a slightly different approached and added a different product to treat my cats, instead of what I had been using, while treating the floors. I sprayed the carpets again, just to make sure that I had distributed enough on them and also that no spaces went missed. A week went by and I started noticing a drastic drop in the number of bites, two weeks went by and no new bites had occurred. More weeks, months and finally a year had gone by without anymore bites on my animals or me. I was finally free, of the two year battle thanks to this products as well as the product I used on my animals. I am finally going on 3 years since the nightmare had ended, with *knock on wood* no reoccurring incidents. Without the help of this product I think I would still be in the battle. If you are just showing signs or have had a battle of your own for awhile, don't try all the other products, start here first and make sure to treat your animals, while waiting for this to start working.

Works like a charm!
Had an ongoing flea infestation all summer. Thought I had won the war in July, but it was just that battle, since they came back again with a vengeance in mid-September. For this battle, I bought a bottle of this Precor and sprayed it around the house. Not only did I win that battle, I won the (indoors) war -- a lot of relief was felt immediately, and within 1 week, it was all over (inside the house). I even got lazy and haven't vacuumed since spraying the Precor (it's been 6 weeks), and all is still quiet on the western front.BTW, I recommend using Pyriproxyfen for the outdoors. That was a key player in winning the battle for the outdoors. I'm still waging war outdoors (pupae aren't affected, and the surviving ones are all hatching now), but I have high hopes for winning that war as well.
