I had it for the past week and I can already see the difference , the good thing is that you can wear it anytime so it can do its job for the majority of your day . Recommended !

Because of the way it fits, you need to wear a sock over it to keep it in place. I'd decided to mainly wear during the night so had to wear socks to bed. I can't wear it for more than a couple of hours at a time because I get pains and pins and needles in my other toes and it woke me during the night. Maybe I need to persevere for longer stretches.
