This will be an evolving review as I progress to use more features of this board...So far I have gotten as far as connecting 2 sets of joysticks and buttons, verifying that this controller is recognized as 2 generic gamepads in Windows. However, I don't believe there is any way to distinguish between the 2 controllers in Windows -it's trial and error. Furthermore, unfortunately this only appears as a single control when used with Steam Link (standalone hardware). I will test to verify on Steam Link for Samsung and Android when I get a chance.I have yet to test the LED power.My joysticks have a 5 pin connector -haven't tested the pairs of pins for individual directions.One sidenote that works out well for me is how this USB encoder interacts with the OS as opposed to others. This device sends a separate command to Windows when the joystick is returned back to center (after having moved it). Other USB encoders that I have tested (of the cheap variety) do not. Having it send a seperate signal is a great thing in my case, as I will use EventGhost to allow one of the joysticks to interact with Windows (e.g. switch monitors, go to sleep, etc.). I would not be able to do this with other USB encoders, at least to the degree that I can with this device.Seeing as how I'm having issues with Steam Link and the price of this device is twice as expensive as getting 2 cheap encoders, I'm giving it 3 stars, for now. As I get more info on the LED functionality (which I'm sure is fine) and play with it some more, I may increase it to 4.

Everything worked fine! All the connections to the buttons works great. Installed in my arcade cab for 2 player. Easy to install and player 2 works.
