Love this Saute Pan - sturdy with a good heavy lid
This is a wonderful Saute Pan with a good heavy lid. It is a big pan, and the helper handle makes it very easy to carry to the sink for cleaning. I bought this pan to make pasta and it does a great job. It is wide enough to let the pasta float around so it doesn't stick, but sufficiently shallow that the pasta water contains enough starch to emulsify a sauce.
