Bought one for my Fiancée for use in her online business. She had been using two of mine which my work provided (Logitech and Plantronics). Both of the work ones have since stopped working. The MPOW one has kept going! So much so I’ve bought one in black for me to replace my work ones.Build quality is acceptable for the price. Ear pads are comfortable to happily wear for a couple of hours constantly.The volume/Mute USB works well on both Mac and PC and I like that it has a 3.5mm Audio/Mic jack so that you can use it on a phone or Computer without the USB if needed.I use my one on a MacMini and MacBook Pro (USB on the MacMini and USB-C using an adaptor on the MacBook Pro).Sound quality is crystal clear and whilst it doesn’t advertise as noise cancelling, they are pretty good at blocking out ambient noise (I’ve even use them as headphones to drown out the noise of the washing machine!).The microphone is completely flexible so you can adjust it to wherever you like and it stays there. Also makes it good to pack in your bag without being worried about snapping the mic.In summary, it’s an excellent headset for low cost, with compatible sound quality to more known branded products and acceptable build quality for the price.

Sound quality above expectations. Not yet heard mic quality through calls. No reported distortions.Simple plug and play (windows 10). Very nice in line controls. Volume up and down registers on system volume control. Mute buttons for sound and mic with identifying LED light colours.Can also be plugged into 3.5mm sockets allowing use without ANC usb controller module.Overall satisfied.Will update after few months of use regarding breakage and mid term use.Quality of plastics does seem satisfactory and not likely to break as others reported. Will see how they last

Firstly, I was particularly impressed with the speed of the delivery. I have just this minute tested the item and I have to say that it is well designed, well manufactured and the input and output quality is very very high. Therefore, I am very pleased with this item and I would definitely recommend to everyone who are participate in online teaching, conferences, webinars, etc.What I particularly like about this item is that you have an option for usb for laptops, notebooks, PCs. But you also have a jack which can plug directly into phones also. So this is a very well thought out product.

Was originally a bit weary due a relatively unknown brand and low cost but they’re fab! Great for Zoom teaching. Comfortable, look good and good sound quality. Couldn’t get them to work with Teams though even though I use the same device and headphone jack.

Quite comfortable to wear, good sound and the mic picks you up very well. This is perfect for working from home, doubles up as headphones for your phone or iPod.Very happy with this.

I like the sound quality and the fact it comes with a 3.5 jack plug and a usb plug.But the quality of the finished product needs to be better, parts of the left and right cuffs are coming away from the headphones otherwise ok.
